At FilingChamps, we take pride in delivering high-quality services and are committed to your satisfaction. We strive to provide exceptional accounting, financial, and secretarial services. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We will work to correct the situation, provide a refund, or offer credit for future FilingChamps orders.

Not Satisfied? Let Us Know!

If you’re not satisfied with the service, please log in to the FilingChamps platform using the email address from which payment was made. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset it.

Select the engagement that does not meet your expectations and choose “Not Satisfied.” We will escalate the engagement to the concerned agent and managers to expedite the process. While we can control delays on our side, we cannot control delays from government agencies or deficiencies in documents submitted. Please bear with our team as we work to resolve the issue.

30-Day Refund Policy

If an engagement is not progressing as expected, you can request a refund within 30 days of payment. After 30 days, refunds will be processed as service credits, which can be used for any future services.

Earned Fee & Cancellation Fee Deduction

Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make a best effort to complete the service. If you are not satisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fees paid to the government will apply. In case of a change of service, the cancellation fee will not apply.

All refunds will be subject to a minimum of a 20% cancellation fee. Additionally, if FilingChamps has expended time and resources on the engagement or incurred any fees, such fees will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded. Under no circumstances will FilingChamps be liable to refund more than 80% of the fee paid by the client.

Change of Service

If you wish to change the service you ordered to a different one, you can request this change within 60 days of purchase. The purchase price of the original service, less any earned fee and fees paid to government entities or other third parties, will be deducted, and the new service will be initiated. If the change is to a service of equal or higher value, no 20% deduction will apply.

Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please log in to FilingChamps and select “Get Help” to get started. You will also need to send an email to contact@jaintaxtech.com with details of the transaction to begin the refund process. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 weeks from the date of the request, subject to all relevant information.

Penalty or Tax Payment

FilingChamps and its employees act as corporate service providers. While we prepare necessary filings, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure accuracy and correctness. FilingChamps will not cover any penalties or taxes on behalf of clients, nor are we responsible for any additional costs related to the completion of the service that are outside the scope of our services.

Factors Outside Our Control

We cannot guarantee the results or outcomes of your specific procedure. For example, government rejections or delays due to backlogs or issues with government platforms (e.g., MCA, Income Tax, FSSAI) are beyond our control. Similarly, we do not guarantee the results or outcomes of services provided by our associates on platforms not directly managed by FilingChamps. Such issues are not covered by this guarantee and are not eligible for a refund.

Force Majeure

FilingChamps shall not be considered in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service due to any cessation, interruption, or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, acts of God, public enemies, epidemics, changes in law, wars, terrorism, labor strikes, or similar events.
